This leads to the question of what &quot;optimal&quot; means and how employees can support their employment lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this article we will discuss this and show<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>why clients should actively support their lawyer in their mandate,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>why too frequent contact is counterproductive and can impair the lawyer\u2019s work,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>how employees can support their employment lawyer to achieve the best possible result for them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sit back and relax: \u201cThe employment lawyer will take care of it.\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is not uncommon for clients to see <a href=\"https:\/\/smart-arbeitsrecht.de\/en\/\">Employment law attorney<\/a> A kind of savior. As you can probably imagine, many lawyers have a heavy workload. However, you should always consider whether contacting them is absolutely necessary. In this section, we&#039;d like to give you some golden rules on how you can best support your lawyer. Here are some <strong>9 rules for a successful lawyer-client relationship<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide your employment lawyer with all the necessary information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should respond to your lawyer\u2019s requests promptly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Think actively about the client relationship and get involved where it makes sense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make it clear to yourself that your lawyer has an eye on your case and all the circumstances (especially deadlines) (that&#039;s his job)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always remember that your lawyer\u2019s time is valuable and the quality of legal work requires concentrated work phases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consider very carefully whether contacting your lawyer is actually necessary and sensible<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to contact us, please send an email to the specialist employment lawyer in advance (requesting an appointment and the reason for the meeting).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be punctual and well prepared for appointments with your lawyer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Always keep in mind that your employment law specialist only wants the best for you (financially and legally)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">And what else is worth noting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The advice relates to communication and support from your lawyer.
