Se\u00e7im kriterleri tamamen veya k\u0131smen otomatik olarak geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f olsa bile, i\u015f\u00e7i temsilciler kurulunun ortak karar alma hakk\u0131 mevcuttur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"6\"><strong>Avrupa Yapay Zeka Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finin Etkisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avrupa Yapay Zeka Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi (Y\u00f6netmelik (AB) 2024\/1689) A\u011fustos 2024&#039;ten beri y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fcktedir. Do\u011frudan ortak karar alma kurallar\u0131 i\u00e7ermese de, yapay zeka sistemlerinin \u015feffafl\u0131\u011f\u0131, belgelendirilmesi ve izlenebilirli\u011fi i\u00e7in gereklilikleri s\u0131k\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.
