Raphael Lugowski has specialized in labor law since 2011 and has practiced exclusively in this field throughout his professional career. In 2020, he was awarded the title of "Specialist Lawyer for Labor Law" by the Hamburg Bar Association. He is a consultant for works councils and, in this capacity, works for the Institute for Works Councils (ifb). He also regularly publishes articles in legal journals published by Bund Verlag and Beck Verlag.
With his high level of specialization and extensive experience, Raphael Lugowski advises his clients on employment law in a legally sound and effective manner, even in complex cases. He possesses both in-depth and broad expertise in employment law. This applies equally to individual employment law, collective employment law, and employee data protection. Raphael Lugowski is particularly interested in communication and negotiation skills, which benefits clients in court proceedings and other negotiation situations with employers.
Raphael Lugowski shares his labor law expertise on various social media channels, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. He also hosts a popular podcast for works councils.
